Many people want to have great, loving, healthy relationships. Unfortunately, environments, families, and society have not always taught them how. Many individuals learn to communicate and love in different and unique ways which can cause ruptures in their relationships. All ruptures need repairs, regardless of the size of the rupture.

In a culture that’s more disconnected than ever, we desperately need to shift into a relational, connection-building dynamic and understanding. In couples counseling, my goal is to help couples learn the art of communication, empathy, sensitivity, and compassion.
