About the Practice
Mission Statement
At Waves of Change Counseling Group, I work to assist all adult individuals who are experiencing mental health, substance use or gender identity issues, with a specific focus on the LGBTQI+ community. I provide comprehensive treatment to everyone based on their distinctive needs. Through my work, I not only provide a safe therapeutic environment, but offer guidance, support, and tools to empower individuals in all communities to find solutions to manage their mental health, substance use, gender identity and relationship needs.
Fees and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service via check or cash only. Telehealth sessions, FSA or HSA card holders pay via Stripe

Insurance
I accept the following commercial health insurances; BCBS Mass, BCBS RI, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Optum, Tufts, United Healthcare

No Show / Late Cancel Appointment Policy
Any appointment that is canceled late, or any no-show appointments, including the first initial appointment, will be assessed the missed fee of $75.00. Late fees are the responsibility of the client and are not covered by the insurance company. Any fees must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Patients who are not using insurance are entitled to an estimate of the expected charges for psychotherapy and medical treatment.
